You can return or pickup on Saturday from 13:00 to 18:00 adding up +50€ and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 adding up +50€.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours, but you can return it earlier. The full period will always be charged.

We have a “FULL to FULL” policy. You will get the motorcycle with a full tank of fuel and you will return it full as well. If you return the motorcycle with less fuel, you will be charged for the full tank and management (25€) This only applies to “Feel the Road” service (normal renting). For “Feel the Tour”, fuel is always included.
If cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded, minus any fees charged by the Stripe or PayPal online payment, if applicable.
If the cancellation is between:
- 29 – 15 days before departure, you will pay 30%
- 14 – 8 days before departure, you will pay 50%
- 7 – 1 days before departure, you will pay 80%
- If you don’t turn up, you will pay 100%
You will need an A or A2 driving license. We recommend having an international license if you are from outside Europe. At the moment, we do not work with A1 license (125cc).

Call Road Assistance Asitur (Helvetia) on number 902 102 324 / 917 572 541, they will help you to transport a motorcycle to the closest repair shop. Unfortunately the cost of the tyre repair is not covered and you will be fully charged. Furthermore, if the tyre is fixed with a temporary solution, you will be charged for replacing the tyre at the end of the rental period for safety reasons.
Yes, but you must inform us at all times before boarding the ferry and upon arrival at the corresponding island.
Drive safely and take care of the motorcycle like it is your own. Be careful where you park to avoid fines. You should also ensure secure parking during the night.
Please contact us to ask if the motorcycle is available for this period. We will be happy to offer you the best solution.
Currently we require a minimum of 18 years and at least 6 months of corresponding experience with a valid type A or A2 motorcycle license. Driving motorcycles in the Canary Islands requires certain experience and skills. We do not recommend renting a motorcycle if you have not driven for a long time or if you have an injury that prevents proper use of the motorcycle.
We will be happy to assist you at our facilities in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Remember that we also have home delivery service, so we can deliver the motorcycle to any Airport, Hotel, Hostel, Apartment and Vacation Home. Check the price list. We remind you that the delivery and collection service is included for 5 rental days or more.
INSURANCE AND DEPOSIT
You are responsible for all damages to the motorcycle if it is your fault.
Third-party offers coverage against claims for damages and losses incurred by a driver who is not the insured, and is therefore not covered under the insurance policy. The driver who caused damages is the third party.
Full risk insurance covers all the damages costing over XXX€. It is a limited risk insurance. It means if the damage to a motorcycle is more than XXX€ it will be covered by the insurance company. You are responsible for damages costing up to this amount. XXX€ depends on the motorcycle. (MT07 = 800€, Tracer7 = 800€, Tenere 700 = 1.100€, Tracer9 = 1.200€)
